As manufacturer of wooden legs we will show you how the production of wooden legs looks like can vary depending on the application, style or finish. In general, however, the process production of wooden legs starts with the selection of the right quality of wood, which is then cut and machined into the right dimensions and shapes. Then, various techniques such as turning, milling, sanding or cutting are used to give the legs the right shape and finish. In the final production phase, the legs are usually varnished, painted or coated with a special oil to protect them from moisture, damage and ensure durability.
The wood used for the legs should be dry and hard to ensure stability and durability. We use wood species such as oak, ash, beech or walnut.
The timber is cut to the correct dimensions according to the project requirements. The cutting can be done by hand or with woodworking machines.
Each frieze undergoes pre-treatment, then is glued into the appropriate blocks.
The finished blocks go to our CNC machines, which give the desired shape and the grinding process takes place.
Each product undergoes quality control several times, after processing at the centre, during final grinding and packaging.
All the table legs, furniture legs, frames and all wooden components we produce are properly prepared for varnishing, staining and oiling.
The finished products are packed with the utmost care so that they are not damaged in transit. We use our own packaging techniques and pack according to your company's guidelines.
